Operating from the capital of the country, Delhi, the company has been serving its clients since 2009 and has steadily grown into a stupendous solution provider for the small & mid scale businesses across varied industries. Apposite planning and proper execution of the plan motivates his clients to know their company better and work accordingly to meet there business objectives within their working sphere. “There are two factors circling the corporate activities. One is external factor and the other is internal factor,” he adds. Defining these factors he mentions sales, marketing, product development, communication and customer care falling under the external factors while supply chain, order management, logistics, internal system processing, etc are categorized under the internal factors. “If any of the factors are not complimenting each other, then a pause takes place in sales which affects the profitability of the organization,” expounds Lalit. Talking about the initial days of challenges he faced, Lalit informs, “Our aim was to serve the mid-sized companies that rarely used to hire consultants for support. Thus, there were very few competitors in the market six years back but it was a challenge for us to educate and guide them through the correct path since they were completely unaware of consultation.” However, the company’s clients had no benchmark to compare their services with any other consultants in the market due to the existence of limited players and eventually it acted as a boon to his team. “It was a hard task for us to convince the clients since they had no prior idea about how a consultancy works and as a consequence they used to take a lot of time to decide, especially when they had to invest,” he informs.
Current State and Future Prospects
