CIO Vendor For Vivek Seal, an eminent journalist whose career spans over a decade in corporate communications, public relations, print magazine, and other sectors, the thirst to establish his own Public Relations firm began in the year 2013. It was during that time when Seal was part of a leading real estate conglomerate based out of National Capital Region (NCR), whereby he was managing end-to-end PR activities. His initial plan was to shift to an FMCG or Consumer Durable company and then steadily move up the value chain to manage PR for a top Multinational. In the meantime, all of their media communications, right from crisis management were managed by one of the country’s top PR agencies. Most of the content, strategy and even media relations were managed in-house and the role of the firm was more towards delivering quotes, press releases and others. Noticing this, Seal realized that he could single-handedly manage most of the work that the PR firm was doing. That’s when he came up with the idea of PRintel Advisory.

“Before venturing out,I found out the huge underlying gap between the functioning of the small and top Public relation firms. Identifying that there was a lot to be addressed,and combining it with my restlessness, eagerness and extreme passion to institutionalize a company, I came up with PRintel Advisory,” says Vivek Seal, Founder & Director, PRintel Advisory.

The journey of PRintel started off by acquiring several top accounts along with using its key references to be at the right place. The company was able to successfully manage its planned targets which helped them create a niche in the competitive PR space. However, a few obstacles hindered their way. Vivek asserts,“Due to some political and economic reforms, several of our clients froze their PR budget. But as we were nimble-footed, we cut down the costs and were able to ride the wave.”
