An outlook the history of Indian telecom industry implies a time when the entire industry was in turmoil. In 2014, noticing the dearth in the industry, Rahul Sahadev, a young and dynamic leader with more than 15+ years experience in the telecom sector alongside his team of eminent engineers ventured into setting up an end-to-end telecom service company called Adacell Technologies. Today, the company offers network services to telecom operators, OEM’s and tower companies, which includes right from planning to installation & commissioning, operation & maintenance, microwave engineering, RF optimization, bench marking services, offshore service delivery, consulting, and civil infrastructure.
Throwing light on the initial days, Rahuls peaks, “It was quite challenging at the start as the telecom sector was quite unorganized. The quality of service also had deteriorated drastically over the years. More than anything, the industry craved for transformation. We are not even talking about the rural areas. In the metro cities alone, there is a lot of work that had to be executed.” Since inception, Adacell has come a long way and now is known to redefine the entire telecom ecosystem through its comprehensive services and solutions.

Based in Gurgaon, Adacell Technologies is a unique company that offers a cluster of skilled resources under one roof and encompasses next-generation technology solutions to its clients, be it 3G, 4G, WiMax, and 5G amongst others. At present, their

Adding to the growth story, currently, the company has more than 650+ employees operating across 12 telecom circles in India. Also, with 80 percent revenue growth YoY, the company is at a steady phase and envisions becoming 2000+ member firm by 2019. Recently, the company has successfully started its operation in Myanmar. Explicating on the same, Rahul says, “The market looks very promising. After Myanmar, we have plans to expand to Indonesia & Vietnam in the next two-three years,” He further concludes, “Our team is continuously working on various performance-management solutions to the customers. This involves the improvement of quality services in a short span of time. Since the technology is moving so fast, the Indian telecom network still succumbs to 2G, 3G & (now) 4G. On contrary, other countries are already upgrading to 5G. So, for the industry to grow, we need a huge amount of resource to build the necessary infrastructure in the shortest time frame, and we are here to provide a lot of groundwork that adds impeccable value to our customers.”
