It was on 11th November 1999, when Baldev Raj Sachdeva, a member - PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries - New Delhi and a representative of the Expert Committee on Corporate Laws, Law & Justice, and Capital Market of the Chamber decided to assemble a team of qualified professionals to do a corporate compliances on all sphere of business by starting a one-stop-shop legal compliance solution firm called Lexmark Corporate Services (Formerly known as- B.Raj Corporate Services(P) Ltd.)Amidst the globalization that had impacted the market during this particular phase, most of the companies were on a lookout for a professional legal service provider on the go.
