They simultaneously keep the clients updated with every detail on procuring home loans in and assist them in sanctioning the same.

Yahvi came in the market with an aim to cater to services needful to its clients but it had to encounter several challenges before making a name for itself. “Initially builders in the Bangalore market were not open to outsource their sales to channel partners and we also had the challenges on lead generation and conversions.

The enterprise kept getting referrals due to their good work and thus flourished in the business at a steady pace.
Yahvi tries to minimize its client’s confusion and provides them with proper information. Elaborating on this Shreyas says, “We also help clients with both positives and negatives about the project so that they can consider the apartment in a more productive way.” Understanding a client’s view point and requirements the company gives them shortlisted options in terms of price, location and the project status to ease their decision making.
