In October 2011, WebEngage, a push-engine product aiming at helping e commerce companies better engage with their users was launched. In January 2012, WebEngage got Makemytrip as its first enterprise customer. The firm has since then added Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Jabong, Myntra, Homeshop18 and Yatra to its client portfolio. It has also bagged several international clients including business communication solution provider Avaya and online food delivery marketplace Foodpanda.
