Sonia is a Food Technologist, MBA holder, and a diploma holder in Hotel Management from IGNOU and Nutrition course from Brainbench Nutrition, U.S. Sonia started her career with Unilever (Kwality walls, Delhi) and worked there for six Years, then worked three years with Pastonji Ice Cream brand and four years for Supplementary Food Manufacturing Industry working for ICDS and WFP Schemes. She was introduced to the quality management consultants’ strata by industry experts who were impressed with her consultancy and management skills when she took up some consultancy and auditing projects in 2007 as a freelancer.
