He has traveled to Middle East, Malaysia, China and Europe in connection with management systems and successfully represented Indian Delegation to participate in Technical & Management exchange program conducted in Shangai, China (Participated by Japan, China & India)Holding an M.Sc. (Engg.) degree in Metallurgy from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, G. SrinivasRao commenced his professional journey by working for TATA STEEL in the areas of Production, Process Control, Planning, ISO 9000 and TQM. Owing to his experience, interest, and ideas in quality consulting and training space, he established Real Time Quality Management Services (RTQMS) in 1997 which ensures customized and quality solutions to the clients in real-time. “I worked for Tata Steel in the areas of Production, Process Control, and TQM. With my performance in these areas and interest & involvement in Quality initiatives, I was handpicked to implement Quality Systems in Tata Steel Mines Division Head Quarters Noamundi-the captive iron source for Jamshedpur Steel Plant. After successfully implementing and achieving the Quality System Certificate, I requested for a transfer from Mines to city Jamshedpur or Kolkota. But, it didn’t happen. That was the time my wife said why not we be
on our own and start Quality Systems consulting & training based on my hands-on experience in implementation,” says G. Srinivas Rao, Principal Consultant & CEO, RTQMS.
