The GenesisIt all started when in 1993 the founding partner of XFA, Mr. Ranjit Khattar after working at GM Finance with Batra Hospital and Research Centre and Escorts Limited for about 10 years decided to venture out and setup M/s Medfin Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (MMSPL). His vision was to provide Financial consulting services specially across the Healthcare sector and render his expertise to doctors and other industrialists who were keen to set up hospitals. Later on other areas of expertise were added in the portfolio such as Hospitality, Manufacturing, Automobile, Real Estate etc where in the firm has closed marquee deals.
As part of the rebranding strategy in 2018, MMSPL was rebranded as XFA under a separate entity named Xpress Funding Advisors LLP. As on date, XFA has a team strength of more than 10 dynamic individuals ranging from CA’s, MBA and retired bankers. “Till date, we have closed more than 200 projects wherein the funds have been raised at competitive rates from different Financial Institutions at record time. Also, the firm has been able to build cordial relationships with bankers and clients. Owing to the experience and rich skill set of the team, we have been able to deliver complex and large ticket size deals,” informs Akash Khattar, Partner.
In the last 25 years, team XFA has successfully completed more than 200 transactions across a wide variety of sectors. In fact, they have been working closely both with various Public sector Banks,Pvt Sector banks and renowned NBFC’s and structured funds. They are also counted for advice by bankers from time to time.
