Abhishek takes care of the planning, execution & post-opening streamlining. Trident under the joint guidance of the key personnel proffers its services in three areas viz.- a) Menu & Concept finalisation, b) planning of food outlets, c) Kitchen Planning & Equipment selection. Additionally, the other offerings comprise conducting feasibility studies, preparing project reports, providing managerial consultancy, preparing Systems & Procedures, implementation & more.
