K . Jithesh after pursuing his diploma in civil engineering began his own entity in the engineering consultancy space in Kasargod district of Kerala. At that time, he did not limit himself to doing consultancy service work on structural engineering but also performed contract basis related work. Thereafter, he opted for B.tech followed by an M.Tech programme alongside managing the firm. With the passage of time, Jithesh was able to assemble more knowledge on both the theoretical & practical implications that boosted him to start a firm of his own. Hence, in 2008, modelling the decision to render his experiential knowledge he established Jithesh& Associates, a professional consultancy firm in structural engineering. Later on, in 2014, the company transformed into Jithesh Engineers Pvt. Ltd.Founded by experts in structural engineering, Jithesh Engineers endeavours to be a consultancy firm that drives value to the clients demand accustomed with ‘Integrity, Trust, Commitment & Excellence’. “We are a one-stop platform for client’s requirement. Moreover, we also derive the opportunities for professional & personal growth along with contributing to the safety of the community,” says K. Commenced as a two-employee company, the firm got its first project from Malabar Builders. After successful completion of the project, there was no looking back for the company. Thereafter, Jithesh Engineers started getting clients such as property builders and notable architects across South India. Today with a team of 50+ employees that comprises of planners, structural engineers, marine structure engineers, geotechnical engineers & more, the company stands by the motto ‘Quality work & Professionalism’. Leveraging the huge experience in RCC & steel building, seismic retrofits, bridges, marine structures, offshore structures & others, it is the provider of consultancy services in the areas of structural design for Residential & Commercial building, Designing of Concrete & Steel building, Designing of Bridges, Marine & Offshore Structures. “With the intention to proffer structural engineering services & innovative structural engineering solutions, designed for stability & serviceability, we want to be an economical and aesthetic consultancy firm in nature.” Also being equipped with modern analysis, detailing tools and software, Jithesh further adds, “The process of offering and discussion takes place either through phone, internet or face to face conversation, thus considering them at reasonable or moderate rates. Soon we are going to inculcate the modern software in order to reach the large section of clients by enabling a wider & smoother approach.”
Since inception Jithesh Engineers has harnessed a strong foothold in the structural engineering space with spreading its business over the Indian states as well as in the International regions. The major regions include the states of Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Goa. Presently, working with some of the major clients based in Dubai, Saudi Arabia & Qatar, the company’s clientele includes prominent architects & builders, Konkan Railways, Municipal Corporation of Kerala, KHRWS altogether with a total of 100 + clients. Receiving projects of more than INR 35 lakhs and generating a YoY growth of 40 to 50 percent through online & offline services, Jithesh concludes, “Being awarded as one of the fastest growing companies in India, we are soon going to mark our presence in the UAE market. Making a separate steel building division for pre-engineering works, we will also be expanding our services in marine structures also.”
