Vibha completed her post-graduation in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management specializing in Human Resources Management in 1996 with distinction and was picked up from campus by Godrej and Boyce where she became the 1st youngest women manager. She then moved to Aditya Birla Group as the Program Director and then became an entrepreneur by starting “Phi Consulting”, an HR consulting firm as the Executive Director which employs more than 25 HR professionals delivering quality HR services to all her clients spanning across various manufacturing and services industries across the country. She has also conducted work-shops at CII Godrej Center of Excellence, NHRD Pune Chapter and Sandhana Center for Management and Leadership Development.

Vibha has gained expertise in the corporate circle and has delivered as a management consultant in all aspects of HR namely Business planning & MIS reporting, organization restructuring, change management processes, performance management, cultural interventions, leadership coaching etc.

Women in India do multi hatting of various roles at home and at work place on a daily basis. Being a mother, a daughter, a wife, a professional at work, an entrepreneur, all at the same time is definitely a challenge but to want to excel and to be a role model in all the areas is an even bigger challenge but is equally satisfying. There are days when a women is not able to excel in all the areas and she feels guilty and sad but she has hopes that tomorrow will be better and it is this hope which keeps her going and she wishes all the women never to give up this hope that “Tomorrow will be better”!!
