Aditya, an MBA from Cardiff Business School, UK started his HR career as a Recruitment Specialist with a large Singapore based IT Services firm in 2001. From day one Aditya knew it was Recruitment where he wanted to be big someday. By 2005 Aditya was heading the Indian operations of the Singapore based company with continuous learning and experience gathering soon his dream of entrepreneurship took shape. As a result AddRec came into being in 2005. From the beginning AddRec followed the Blue Ocean Strategy – “we went to clients that no one wanted, we developed our expertise in sectors other then IT / Software as we felt that these other sectors were under serviced while IT / Software had hyper competition – that’s what paid us well.” From the beginning we developed the right culture and the best infrastructure for our people to innovate and excel with entrepreneurial spirit.
