From my experience what I could see was the fact that most MEP consultants in India are located in metro cities and many other areas are not getting top-notch MEP consultancy services. Most people were also facing difficulties in affording the services of the established consultants in the market. The lack of quality players that can offer affordable 360-degree MEP consultancy services is what motivated me to establish the firm. er to the varied requirements of our clients we have created a diversified service portfolio that includes Electrical Engineering, ELV System, Fire & Life Safety system, HVAC and Public Health Engineering. Apart from all this, we are also providing services for solar power system, power quality auditing and safety auditing as well", says, Sabu Joseph, Director, eccentre when asked about the inception story of the company and the services that they provide.
"We started with the idea of providing only electrical consultancy services and it was only later that we decided to expand our service portfolio. We understood that electrical services cannot be taken independently without taking care of the other relied areas such as HVAC, Plumbing and Fire safety systems. As of now, we are a one stop shop for all MEP consultancy services starting with idea consumption to final implementation.
We are also planning to add full time supervision by appointing supervisors in the sites as per the client's demands as well. We have completed more than 600 projects as of now and that includes hotels, hospitals, commercial, industrial, educational and residential buildings as well. We have a team of dedicated staff that are well experienced to handhold the clients during the entire operations. Service above all is also our motto and the quality of our services if further showcased in the fact that most of our clients come back to us for their new projects.
We are also aiming to incorporate new technologies into our operations to improve our efficiency. We also make our employees attend all the seminars and workshops regarding MEP services to make them updated with the latest trends in the industry".
