The Website and Mobile Banking App for Tesco have Crashed

Customers are complaining that they can't access their accounts on Tesco's website and mobile banking app because of a technical issue. Over 600 users have reported issues accessing their banking since this morning at 7 a.m., according to DownDetector.

According to the website, 30% of users experienced problems with the online version and 53% with mobile banking. Customers who were upset wrote on X, asking, "What happened to your banking app?"

'Sorry something went wrong notifications' keep up when you try to remove or reinstall; can't log in, hangs and fails.'Utterly pointless. One irate user said, "You don't acknowledge it or seem to have any plans to fix it, despite receiving 1* ratings from multiple customers."

"Is there a problem with your system/network?" inquired another. I was unable to get back in to my Tesco Bank Mobile app this morning after I logged out.

Customers were unable to access online and mobile banking for a while this morning, a Tesco Bank representative informed MailOnline. "We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience caused. This has been fixed."
