Bangalore: Synergy Property Development Services, a project management and engineering services major, bagged the ‘Project Management Firm of the Year’ at the prestigious 10th Realty Plus Excellence Awards South 2018, held in Bangalore. This award recognizes Synergy for its exceptional project construction management techniques across planning, design and construction of real-estate development projects.

Project Management firm of the Year award category was presented to Synergy as they demonstrated excellence in controlling project time, cost and quality.
