The observability and security business Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) announced the debut of OpenPipelineâ, a key technology that gives users a single pipeline to manage petabyte-scale data input into the Dynatrace platform, according to an official announcement.
This is thought to enhance automation, AI, and secure and economical analytics, among other things.
"We can make more informed decisions by managing data from a variety of sources in addition to real-time data that is collected natively in Dynatrace, all on a single platform,” said Alex Hibbitt, Engineering Director, SRE and Fulfillment, Albelli-Photobox Group.
While maintaining the context of the data and the cloud ecosystems from which it originates, OpenPipeline is thought to enable business, development, security, and operations teams with visibility into and control over the data they are ingesting into the Dynatrace platform.
It is thought that organizations won't need further tools to access the AI-powered solutions and automation offered by the Dynatrace platform.
"OpenPipeline was designed for petabyte-scale analytics. It extracts insights from data using Dynatrace's Davis hypermodel AI, enabling reliable analytics and secure automation.
Bernd Greifeneder, CTO of Dynatrace, stated, "We believe OpenPipelinepowered by Davis AI can allow our customers to evaluate data streams faster based on our internal testing."
