Aggravated by this challenge and motivated by the economic reforms taking place at the time, Sunil Kumar Nayyar incepted Sunil Nayyar Consultants in 1991 in New Delhi. “At that time, consulting firms either based-out of Delhi or one two consultants from other cities were catering to the needs of engineering consulting services. And that was like the opportune moment to provide quality engineering deliverables and design services to the clients,” says Samdarsh Nayyar, Principal, Sunil Nayyar Consultants.Overcoming the challenges like slow economic growth due to introduction of GST and demonetization, SNC has been delivering top quality engineering services adhering to the international codes and standards like ASHRAE, NFPA, LEED, TIA, and more for building designs. “We focus a lot in continuous education and training of our team members in latest technologies and engineering softwares (building information modelling etc.) to keep them technically superior to our competitors. When somebody compares us with any local or foreign consulting firm, they find that we are clearly ahead in the race in terms of knowledge of foreign trends, technologies and international building codes like NFPA or IEEE,” explains Samdarsh.

Then we also offer sustainability services which are green building consultancy and Net Zero energy consultancy, and specialist lighting design consultancy services”.
