Piyush J Shah was a Senior Charted Accountant by profession. During his tenure, he witnessed that most SMEs & MSMEs were not in a position to afford a full time CA in their payroll. Because of this, most SMEs were lagging behind in their approach to effectively manage their asset and escalate their business to changing regulatory norms. So, in 2001, P. J.
