'India will be among the top three economies.'

The prime minister also promised to make India one of the world's top three economies, adding, "Today, India is the world's fifth largest economy." India was ranked eleventh ten years ago. Gujarat Vibrant Global Summit 2024

Earlier in the day, PM Modi, along with several world leaders, launched the 10th edition of the Vibrant Gujarat World Summit in Gandhinagar. The three-day event is being attended by 34 partner countries and delegates from over 130 countries. It also commemorates '20 years of Vibrant Gujarat as the Summit of Success'. The Vibrant Gujarat Summit was founded in 2003 under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi when he was the state's chief minister. The first Summit was held during the Navratri holiday, with over 1,000 delegates and officials from 45 nations in attendance.
