The joint venture lead by Systra, one of world's leading engineering and consulting groups specialised in public transport and mobility solutions headquarters in France earned General Consulting contract of National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) for the 106.5 km Delhi-SNB Alwar Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) Corridor.
The projected 106.5 kilometre RRTS route will require general consulting services, which is included in the scope of this contract. The route connects Delhi Gurugram SNB with 16 stations at Sarai Kale Khan, INA, Munirka, Aerocity, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Sector 17, Rajiv Chowk, Kherki Daula, Manesar, Panchgaon, Bilaspur Dharuhera, MBIR, Rewari Bawal and Shahjahanpur Neemrana-Behrod (SNB).
A consortium made up of SYSTRA MVA, Egis Rail, and Consulting Engineers Group emerged as the lowest bidder when the financial bid was opened, according to the results. After adding technical and financial scores, the consortium was chosen as the preferred bidder using the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) process.
