The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES) will take place at Expo Centre Sharjah from January 22–25, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) in association with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD).

With over 110 exhibitors representing major real estate development and investment companies, top-tier property developers from across the UAE and the region, and first-time participants, the 2025 edition is considered the largest and most prominent, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Mohammad Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI; Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of SRERD; and Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group at SCCI and Chairman of the Organising Committee of ACRES, attended the press conference to announce the event, which was held at the Sharjah Chamber's headquarters.

Covering more than 10,000 square meters, ACRES 2025 will feature a range of the most recent real estate developments and investment opportunities, including land parcels, hotel and hospitality development projects, and residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

The event will give participants a chance to present their most recent and significant projects, encourage the sharing of knowledge and experience, and assist real estate growth.

The director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, emphasized the department's dedication to strengthening the emirate's standing as a top location for environmentally friendly real estate investment.

With important real estate businesses and an Egyptian real estate pavilion, this year's ACRES Exhibition is considered the biggest and most notable, according to Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi.

Alef Group CEO Issa Ataya also emphasized the company's dedication to bolstering the Emirate of Sharjah's real estate industry and solidifying its standing as a top investment destination in the area. Alef Group is ACRES 2025's Platinum Sponsor.
