The financial year 2018-19 was a volatile year for the Road Transportation Sector, this was due to challenges faced with the adaptation to the new GST Rules and further in catering to the specific demands of clients to help them in their compliance to the laws and changing business needs. The Road sector did a commendable work to position themselves to the new related changes.
Lining-up to the current needs, the industry was working on Operation Processes and System Development changes to meet the market requirement. Post GST, the Indian Manufacturing Business witnessed a change in storage and transportation models. Major manufacturing sectors did re-positioning of their mother warehouses and remodeled their transportation routes, in order to make their operation more cost effective.
