On May 29, Nothing, a British consumer technology firm, will most likely introduce new color versions of the Phone 2a. In a post on X (previously Twitter), the business published a teaser image showing parts such as the back camera module in blue, red, and yellow, along with the caption "Something special. Tomorrow."
Nothing has already produced a Blue model of the Phone 2a that is specific to the Indian market. According to the article, the business may now introduce a Yellow and Red variation of the Phone 2a, while expanding the availability of the Blue model to new locations. It's also likely that Nothing will just release a single edition with blue, red, and yellow parts on the smartphone's transparent back panel. While the Nothing Phone 2a may get a new color choice when it launches on May 29, specs are unlikely to alter.
Nothing has always used basic white and black for its products until earlier this year, when it introduced a blue Phone 2a model and yellow Nothing Ear (a) wireless earphones. This also shows that Nothing is going for a broader color pallet for its more cheap a-series items.
Specifications for the Nothing Phone 2a include a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 10-bit fullHD resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization, a 32MP front camera, a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro processor, 8GB and 12GB RAM, 128GB and 256GB storage, a 5,000 mAh battery, and 45W wired charging. Features include no wireless charging, Android 14 software, no UI, OS 2.5 support, and three years of Android upgrades and four years of security patches.
