Harsh Bhutani has been named CFO of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB), with effect from October 1, 2024. In addition to business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, tax, treasury, audit, accounting & controls, reporting & analysis, and risk management, Bhutani will be in charge of overseeing HCCB's financial operations.
Bhutani was the vice president of finance for The Coca-Cola Company's India & Southwest Asia Operating Unit.
Bhutani, a finance specialist with over 25 years of experience, rejoins the firm following a highly successful stint at Coca-Cola India & Southwest Asia, where he was instrumental in generating double-digit growth annually, according to a statement from HCCB.
According to the statement, he oversaw the transition of many significant projects involving system bottling partners in different regions of Southwest Asia and India.
"I'm happy to announce Mr. Harsh Bhutani as the new CFO. His presence will strengthen HCCB's financial health, direct strategic decision-making, and further bolster stakeholder confidence", according to HCCB CEO Juan Pablo Rodriguez. "He possesses deep financial and business experience, strategic acumen, inspirational leadership, and a proven track record of driving strong financial results."
