But bringing up such an approach was not an easy task. Initially it had been a challenge for them to convince the clients and get the acceptance of their idea. Eventually, with their dedicated team and supportive colleagues, who trusted their ideas, they were able to cater various services to a wide segment of the industry. “Our services include HR Outsourcing, HR Advisory, Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching, Employee Training & Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Payroll Management,” adds Rajneesh. Moreover, they have also developed a HR portal under the space of HR Technology. The platform called simpli, allows joining formalities, performance management, employee engagement and payroll management apart from other transactional activities all online.
