Way back in the 80’s, Mustaq Ahmed was working as an Electrician Oil & Gas Rig Platform. During his course of work, he found out an emerging demand for skilled workers in various technical categories for Gulf countries. I joined in 2012 after my mother passed away. It’s because of their base platform I could successfully continue to engineer their vision to make this company one of the key player in India,” mentions Mudasar.
In the years to come, team Transcend has plans to create an environment such that the overseas employers can have a live video conferencing to interviewing the candidates and reviewing their trade test and make their selection. “This will help to reduce the employer’s cost. We believe in taking advantage of the new tools and resources that allow you to move beyond the resume,” he concludes.
