New entrants were few. To get visibility amongst the clients was the challenge.” However, Arun and his team came up with an unconventional marketing strategy. They made tie ups with IELTS coaching centres across Bangalore which helped them get more clients. Today, the firm has tie up with about 18 coaching centres across Bangalore.

Enlightening on the future blueprint of the company, Arun adds, “Earlier this January we have started a firm named “Leinster Consultants” to assist candidates for Australia and Canada, along with investors who want to set up business in UK, Ireland or USA. Adding to this, we have also inaugurated “International English Academy” for providing in-house IELTS and cross cultural training for our candidates. We are also seeking to collaborate with leading Australian recruitment firm for supplying IT, Finance and Nursing candidates.” Riding high on success, the company has also partnered with Kerala’s “EURO Overseas Education Consultancy”, a leading overseas education consultant, with an intention to drive it in the Bangalore market for students migrating to Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
