“Active candidates are always looking for a job change and the job market is huge. But the clients’ requirements and needs have to be managed with the potential of that particular candidate. Thus, initially it was a learning task for us to match the candidates with the clients,” says Naveen. He established the company with a motive to employ the unemployed and to eradicate the gap between employers and job seekers. In addition, he says, “Our motive is to never compromise on our service and quality”. He strongly believes that head hunting requires efficiency and experience to connect the talented workforce with the clientele. Arient primarily works with small and medium sized businesses with its trademark services namely staffing(permanent & contract), technical Training, soft skills training, management training, career counseling, background checking, reference checking and IQ/EQ Tests.
The organization during its initial days faced challenges in terms of acquiring clients. Obtaining clients and delivering outstanding results does not always support sustainability. It is necessary for a company to build a strong bond with their clientele as well as with the candidates in order to strengthen their position in the market. According to Naveen,“There are two perspectives. One is the client perspective and another is the candidate perspective. The key task from the client perspective is to understand the requirement and expectations of the clients in order to dish-up the best result.” Once the requirement is studied thoroughly, the company starts working on the profile and accordingly searches for the most suitable candidate for the position within a short span of time.On the other hand, the organization also concentrates on the candidate perspective and delivers them free services which help the consultancy gain more job seeking candidates.
