PwC Appoints Jagjit Singh as Its New Human Capital Leader

PwC India has welcomed its new human Capital leader Jagjit Singh, the former Country HR Director at DBOI, India. He would be taking charge from PwC veteran Mark Driscoll who completed his tenure in the Indian firm on 31 January 2015. Jagjit, with a diverse HR background and years of industry experience will be again shouldering the responsibility to lead organization change and integration of people strategy along global business models, workforce excellence and leadership development. Deepak Kapoor, Chairman PwC network of entities in India said, "We are delighted to have Jagjit taking charge of our Human Capital team and driving our Human Capital strategy. His knowledge and experience will strengthen the firm's commitment to give our people the best workplace, diverse opportunities and a great learning environment. He will be able to build on the excellent work done by Mark Driscoll in his three years in India."

Jagjit has earlier worked with Fidelity associate Colt Technology Services, HSBC, Hindustan Unilever and the TATA group in various HR roles. An MBA by qualification, he is also known for keeping a keen interest in activities such as community service, teaching, sports and agro-forestry. Mark Driscoll, outgoing HC leader of PwC India said, "We are very happy to have Jagjit join us and I am personally excited by his decision to join us.
